How long does the process take?
Your brand will be delivered within 5–10 business days from the time you submit your onboarding form. Once your design is approved, final files will be prepared and delivered within a few days.
What can be customised?
We’ll personalise the logo suite with your business name and tagline and adapt the layout to fit beautifully. You can also choose your preferred colour palette and fonts from the options provided.
Can I request additional changes?
Minor adjustments are included, but any extensive edits (like additional rounds of revisions or redesigns) will incur an additional fee. This keeps the process smooth and on schedule.

Can I preview the logo design before purchasing?

Can I edit the designs myself later?
The logo files can only be edited in Adobe Illustrator, however they can be recolored in Canva.
The Brand Guidelines and other assets will be delivered in Canva. This gives you flexibility to use your branding confidently going forward.
What type of files will I receive?
You’ll receive a complete set of logo files in PNG, JPEG, SVG (vector) formats.
Your brand guidelines and any editable assets will be delivered in Canva so you can use your new identity consistently across all platforms.
